Got addicted to weed when I was 15, later switched to alcohol (and anti-coughing pills😂). Sober since I was 19.
Diagnosed with recurring depression and have been struggling for long with rumination (negative thoughts, worry, guilt etc.) but have made solid progress.
Long-term extreme urge to isolate, but realizing all humans, including dear me, need community and connection (“the opposite of addiction”) to be functional and healthy. That’s why Im here, thank you beautiful community!
