I have been drinking heavily for the last 8 to 10 years.
I also have been smoking cannabis since I was 12 which is 2 thirds of my life.
I have tried to quit before but it hasn’t lasted too long.
I would drink anywhere between a litre or 2 of Captain Morgan every single day.
I would also Smoke between 3.5 and 7gs of Cannabis, every single day.
This became normal to me around 5 years ago. I drunk and smoked before that but it got worse over the years.
When I was a child in my area smoking weed was universal amongst my peers, most of them being older so I started from a very young age.
I didn’t drink till I was around 15.
I did not enjoy the experience at all and I should have known it’s not for me as u got blackout drunk with no recollection of the night. I don’t drink for years after that till I started having
