Newbie here…looking for support, motivation and inspiration on my journey of change…I am stopping coke use today! Thank God it hasnt taken over my life completely but as I watch my bffs ( who introduced it to me) life spiral out of control and end in a 5year prison stay…its a wakeup call for me. It also hinders me and keeps me inside, cut off, isolated and numb and I want to live and enjoy life, not waste it by locking myself in and cutting myself off with my secret. I also want to sleep at night so that I can enjoy the day…
