Hello to everyone! As of right this second I am 21 days sober and looking forward to day 22-. I find myself not really wanting to talk about my past drinking right now, that may change in time. Right now I wake up every day, grab a cup of coffee, walk out to my garage, light a cigarette, I grab my chalk marker and mark another tick mark on my chalkboard for my daily motivation of saying “you are choosing not drink today”. Then I sit down, grab the big book, go down in half way on page 86 and read to page 88. My friend who gave me this book, told me to do this every day for a month and I will change my life. I kind of laughed inside when you told me that two weeks ago. Now, I’m not laughing. Because now that I am thinking a little bit more clear, things are starting to make sense a little more. Thank you!
