Keeping this to remind me of the me from 2019

LGBTQ activist in Africa…not easy…but equality is achievable.

Admitted to myself that I have a problem. Trying to fix it. I have used alcohol pretty much on a daily basis over the last few years, perhaps to numb my feelings. Feelings that in retrospect I should have allowed myself to feel. This has made me quite depressed and I know I need to fix that. Therefore I am.
