Hi! I’m here to give and receive support in the fight of addiction. My addiction is alcohol (wine). I’ve been largely ambivalent to my addiction and the hold it’s had on my life until recently. It stopped being fun. It started to feel more like a prison than an escape. My family was suffering because of the selfish choices I was making - it had to stop. I am powerless over my addiction but I am fiercely determined to live a life free from alcohol. I’m thankful for this community. We are in this fight together and there is strength in solidarity.
