Hi everyone. I’m Dalj from England. 40 years old. Have been consistently drinking/bingeing since I was about 18. Never got dependant on alcohol but caused me all different problems. Fights, personal,family,driving.
And I’ve known for a while that giving up completely is the only way as I could manage moderation for only very short periods before having 2 day benders. So after yet another episode where my family I upset I said to myself “ENOUGH” So that’s how I’ve come to find this group. I want my journey to be a forever sober one. I have promised my loved ones of the change and cannot afford to lose them.
