Am a 56 years old Yorkshireman who likes beer and wine a little to much. Recently recognised am drinking to much and decided to knock it on the head. Never realised how hard this could be. I stopped last year and got to day 67 then relapsed and binged!! Started again as i write this am on day 35. This is a great site for support and encouragement with lovely people.
