I have Complex PTSD which co-existed with alcoholism. I have bought the big book and some other smaller aa books as I know I am in real trouble, the alcohol fuelling the continuance of failing to live with and through the PTSD. I am now realising how physically unwell I am, and most of that is alcohol related. I would love my spirituality back in my life, sobriety and clarity of purpose.
