mainly on here for PMO recovery.

also mostly clean from self harm and disordered eating
still very much in skin picking, emotional self-harm, mental self-harm (via triggering myself).

got cPTSD, Depression, anxiety, emetophobia and (professionally suspected) DID and Autism spectrum disorder. probably some other stuff too.

I suppose I’ll be here for a loooong while if I keep going.
