The main resources available from most to least “intense” would be something like this, but the key is to use a combination of them…
- Detox and inpatient treatment
- Outpatient treatment (with counseling and access to a Dr.)
- Medications
- AA and other sober fellowships, and also forums like this
- Books, online videos, articles
- Meditation and motivational videos
- Self-help stuff like worksheets, journaling, art, crafts.
- (I’m sure I left out things)
