hi all have been trying to stop drinking since the new year and have managed it for a few days then gone out and got blackout drunk, I have no cut off and am getting into some very bad situations!!! I left an abusive partner last Xmas but every time I drink I end up back with him and hate myself when I wake up and realise what Iāve done!!! I convinced myself I was just partying too hard but this morning something clicked and I know that I have to quit the booze for the sake of me and my kids
so here goesā¦
