Take 2 - Coming Back After Relapse

This is not my first time using this app or forum. I was using sobertime and leaning on the community here to stay sober. I made it 15 days, the longest I can remember without having a drink. I broke on February 16 and have not stopped since.
It is time to try again. I am hoping i can do better this time around.

Hi and welcome back. I even uninstalled this app in autumn after a relapse and kept going for another month… Then reinstalled it and now i am already over 100 days! You can do this ! Hope to see you around :slight_smile:

Hey @van I remember you! Welcome back. 15 days is evidence that you can do this. I don’t know what you are doing for sobriety now, buy maybe try adding more support/tools to the mix? AA or other meetings, an outpatient/inpatient program, reading, worksheets, and videos. There is so much out there! But it has to come from within you.

Even if you trip, stick around please!
