It’s a great idea to have tools in your sobriety tool kit. What works for you and keeps you motivated?
This is brilliant! Thank you for sharing.
Considering I carry an actual tool box daily I might just buy another and stick it next to it. Go the whole hog!
Again thank you for this. God I love these forums!

Great question. I’ll think on this.
What’s a fellowship with sober sisters???
@Needhelp1128 It’s a deeper connection/friendship with other women walking the sober path. Women go through different things in sobriety (and in life) so we can relate to one another and help eachother through ups and downs.
How do you find one??

Damn @kiki, how do you lug that thing around! …I’ll add my list soon.
Ha! Well the bathtub is particularly difficult
The first 4 are my essentials that I take everywhere, always. They usually do the trick😉
I suppose it may be easier for women to take more tools on the go with them. Unless you have a nice man bag you can use
I actually do have a “man bag” I carry sometimes, but people can’t tell because it just is a small black shopping bag filled with stuff.
I’m adding gardening, coffee dates, and wearing funny hats to brighten my mood…to my sobriety toolbox.
@Melrm thanks for this! What a great list. I am going to think about my kit over the weekend.
I’m stoked to have found this, the idea of a sobriety toolkit is new to me. I am only 3 weeks in and feel like I’ve just moved out of Phase one, so my list is really in the conception phase but some things I think I’ll add are:
Guided meditation
Journaling
This forum
F45 (exercise)
Baths with oils and music
Herbal tea
Cooking
