It’s obvious that I’d pick something like the SAS Survival Guide. But, assuming that you are not ever going to be able to leave this island, I think I’d probably bring my scriptures. Best prepare to meet God!

This reminds me of the format of Desert Island Discs. In which case, @DungeonMaster, they give you the Bible and the complete works of Shakespeare, and allow guests to pick a book in addition.
