I had a day! Really really wanted some wine to deal with it. But I didn’t. Just hit my one week milestone. Texted my sponsor and meeting for coffee tomorrow.
This time last week I had my last bit of wine despite my stomach being in pain from alcohol, and headed to a meeting. Glad I made it through the week.

It’s 11 days without subutex and 8 days now with nothing. it was brutallll but I have a good foundation in NA already, go to meetings, have a sponsor and I’m really looking inwards this time so hopefully when the beast rears it’s ugly head which it will, I know most importantly I HAVE A CHOICE TODAY and that feels so good. I’m 98% out the dreaded withdrawals, she says
