You can and you will! To be honest, it feels like any other day. I didnt even realize i was at one year. I completely forgot i ever had the urge/desire to smoke. And it doesnt even matter if your friends and family know. The internal feeling of “i didnt think i could but I DID IT” is so empowering. It is so worth the work!
