10 day check in.
So, and I get his this isn’t clear cut. But that’s 10 days without what I would call a '‘classic’ binge.
Which for me is -
Consuming as much food in a very short amount of time, alone, until I’m sick/bloated, and making a panicky trip to the store to purposefully purchase that food, specifically for the binge.
The foods themselves? High sugar, high fat. Ice cream, cookies, cakes, muffins, chocolate.
I normally spend around 20-30 British Pounds on such a binge. Which I think is around 70 dollars?
So yeah, 10 days without that. Pretty proud.
Its not to say I haven’t had what I would call ‘controlled’ snacks. Or over eaten. But this hasn’t come with the emotional baggage and panick/anxiety that comes with a binge.
Next steps for me, tighten up the alcohol. I would like to go tee-total again, as I did from Jan-September.
My current weight is 94kg. I would like to see it come down to 82kg.
This is important as I have a job which depends on both my mental and physical fitness.
Feels so good just to write this down.
Thanks for reading, whomever you may be.
Much love
Adam
