You are already making positive choices for yourself, which shows that you do love yourself! It’s amazing how fast time goes by when you spend every free moment drinking. I can relate. Hopefully the next ten will be more peaceful for you.

Im reading this book where it says your every wish will be granted but you must ask in the right way. Per say ‘i want’ is translated as ‘want’ only as your wish is ‘want’ or continuing with having ‘want’. Say ‘i will be sober, i will be happy and i will love myself’. Because i am strong, i am worthy of happiness and love. There’s no greater statement to the universe than ‘I am’ x
