I am 11 days sober today (again). This time feels so different. I’m doing the AA steps, volunteering to serve in the meetings. I’m going to take in 24 hour increments and no more promises. Once i promise I’ll never drink again, i mess up. This time I’m promising myself only, that i will be sober for another 24 hours and work the steps.
