Hey all … so 11 days in already !!!
So far im doing good, im keeping myself busy with my kids, the house, the gardens and only started last week with some medation. Im actually loving the mediation.
The app im using is free and its called sanvello if anyone is interested, id definitely recommend it …

Thank you Matt and @Natnat I appreciate it much. I post about it alot but I do it to keep me in check, otherwise I think sometimes life hasn’t gotten better.
I completely understand. Actually - for me at least - it helps me see what’s possible for myself in sobriety too. We all get better by sticking with it
