I am 111 days sober today! I just returned home from residential treatment, almost 4 months being gone. I had an amazing weekend with my family. Feels great to be home, now I’m starting IOP tomorrow. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers and send good vibes my way

you’ll be set to handle any of the obstacles that might come your way, just stay positive and keep that focus up 
Had one shot and I stopped at that . I started therapy , it’s been kind of hard week I really thought about drinking today but I know it won’t help
