Here i am, 411 days sober from weed feeling like crap, i’m in a middle of wave, the first one lasted for a while, from 6 to 11 months, then i got some relief until the 13 months mark. Anxiety is pretty bad mixed with intrusive thoughts. I know it can take up to 2 years to fully heal but i’m getting tired of this. Anyone can relate ?
I smoked for two decades, from 18 to 38 years old. I also quit alcohol (July 20, 2020).

PAWS is quite common. There are many threads, you can use the magnifying glass to search for keywords like PAWS, weed or alcohol.

I know, but I’d love to hear from people that are done with PAWS because I start to loosing hope.
