Thanks for reaching out I see you deal with self harm abuse which I have previously struggled with along with substance use. Currently I’m doing good (26 days clean from opioids). I’ve learned a lot about self harm and eating disorders over the years and it’s actually very much more similar to substance abuse than most people think. They are both means of coping and ways to self sabotage. It’s nice to hear someone from my age group offering support so thank you for that.

No experience with opiods but just wanted to say as a relatively young sober person (in my 30s) I often think about how much better my 20s could have been if I hadn’t wasted them getting wasted. I can’t change the past, so no point getting too caught up in all that… But we can change our future and that starts with the choices we make today. Good for you!
