2 sober days already somewhat cleared my mind. Maybe because I totally cut off coffee together?
Drinking green tea, oolong tea all day to keep my mind sharp and to clean my body.
I am lucky to live in New York where there are so many meetings. I even have AA people in my apartment building. But still I snuck out and drank anyway…
Praying isn’t my thing so I did it with my sober friend over the phone. Feels great! Hope you guys get good support networks!
