Hello I’m Zoe.

I heard this quotes/Inspirational words that people have said in AA.

There are 24 hours in a day, if your day isn’t great or it’s just like everything is piling up on top of you, you can always pause that day and start again the next day.

The meaning of this means, when your day isn’t going the best, don’t Knock yourself out about it, because you can always just start a fresh day again tomorrow.

There’s also another word or Inspirational saying for the AA community. Keep coming back to the meetings in AA, and also Yesterday’s Recovery isn’t today’s Sobriety.

These are really powerful and inspirational.

At AA meetings, there are amazing people and hot drinks and also Biscuits, and snacks there. People always share there sober Journey, and also have new comers into AA meetings.

In AA meetings, we always say keep coming back. Which means keep coming back to the meetings, and it will help you and other people for there sober Journey.

They sure are ZoeC I dont drink coffee now take my herbal tea with me now to meetings , and when i went to meetings in early sobriety you could still smoke and if it was a small room youd need a gas mask lol in those days non smokers went out for fresh air today smokers go out for a draw

we should start a thread for all the sayings we can find in AA/NA lol you could probably write a book with all the different different quotes people often say
