again relapsed…ugggggghhhhhhh…have to reset my clock again…

Take @Kimnovakkk’s advice to heart. Look at when you relapsed - what were you doing? Who were you with? What were you feeling? Then figure out why you relapsed, and try to avoid those triggers.

My triggers tend to be bored, frustrated, and alone. When I’m feeling that way, I try to find ways to not be alone, or to deal with my boredom or frustration.

You can do this, but sheer willpower isn’t always the answer. You have to think it through a bit.

I am with @Kimnovakkk what do you think is your triggers? Is it a person, place, or thing, or all of the above? You really need to sit down and think about that. Good luck
