I can do this! I haven’t touched myself or watched pornography for 3 days guys!!! This is huge for me because these 3 days have been super tough. But I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me 
So thankful for this community!!!

Thank you @Oliverjava !!! Really struggling today. Weekends are horrible for me. I have ALL day to fill with something to do. Whereas during the week I have work to fill 8 hours
