I get that. I was and am looking for some activity I can meet people. It helped me that it was 3h and not all day. I can survive 3 hours.

:automobile: Being able to distract my wife with car games when traffic was stressing her out

:cut_of_meat: Making supper for my wife when she was tired

:sleeping_face: Being able to take an afternoon nap

I’ve been really burnt out for weeks and needed a lot of looking after, so it was actually really nice to feel helpful for a change - it made me realise that actually taking care of the people you love is quite rewarding after all, and not as burdensome as I assumed when it was me - so I needn’t have felt so guilty and miserable about it all along?! :exploding_head:
