Today I reached my 30 day mark. It hasn’t been easy and having a drink is so tempting especially during summer. I loved wine and it was always something I looked forward to after work or after doing a choir. Now days are different. Some are harder then others but I do like the clarity that I have and how I don’t feel so bloated. Weekends tend to be harder but I do things to occupy my time which is pretty easy since I have a 13 month old.
