It hasnt always been the easiest 30 days, especially in summer when everyone is constantly drinking but i made 30 days and there is no end in sight.

Im loving this sober life!!

As days go by it gets both easier and harder. Easier to be used to not drinking, but harder to remember why you stopped in the first place. Hopefully this app and the journal prompts serve that purpose!
