30 days done and dusted feeling really pleased with myself looking forward to the next 30 days.
This book kicked started me and found Catherine story very compelling.

We’re on holiday visiting family in the South Island of NZ had to catch up with a old mate at my old RSA today spend 2 hours there had a couple of zero beers and left after ticking that box off.
I’m getting use to social outings now which I enjoy without drinking alcohol and none of my friends have criticized my new found freedom.
One day at a time stay sober stay strong
