Feel like its getting easy but its not so I still need to stay strong an kept it moving hope every one has a awesome sober day

I met with my sponsor and went to work. Lol, cleaning house seems to be such a common sober activity. It’s actually become a form of mindful self-nurturing for me. I wonder why? Hope you had a good day!

Try not to think of it. I noticed earlier for me when I obsessed over the fact I’m sober it made the days drag on and was rather defeating … try and tell yourself I’m not going to use today and carry on with the day. Keep busy and don’t give your brain enough time to go into deep thought … before you know it the days will fly by
