I’m over 4 months sober now , I beat my personal record of 4 months and I feel amazing. It was a long time coming and I wish i had got sober years ago but I’m here now and I’m sober now. I’m 33 years old and have my whole life ahead of me and the best decision I made so far was getting sober and in the gym. I hope everyone’s journey is going great and god bless

Well done on 4 months Danny boy ,was going to sing there lol. I was 34 when i decide that i better stop or id be dead im 72 now 73 in jan and lifes been good desire and effort made it easier. Wish you well
