40 days done still going good had a few friends and family social events during this time with no issues.
Feeling heaps better more energy, more money, sleeping 7-8 hours not 12 hours a day, no more crazy panic attack nightmares.
Have found reading the comments on this site has helped as we’re all different when managing this addition so thank you all.
