This forum, journaling, the 12 steps, and meetings. Talking to my family here on the forum. It’s going to the Corny Virus Group. But what helps is really working the steps, taking inventory and stuff. That is big. It shows me the character defects that I covered up with drinking. It gets me to realize I want to be center stage for every thing.

Lol, once I got sober I realized I can be pretty childish about stuff.
