I’m officially 60 days sober! I started this journey when I realized I started using alcohol to drown out all of my problems. I wasn’t in a good place, I’m still not, but I’m making progress everyday.

I am actually struggling to stay sober right now. I too drink to drown my problems away. Why can’t we all realize that alcohol is a toxic poison that isn’t good for us? Well, at least I need to come to that conclusion. Proud of you Casey!

Thank you, my personal opinion is that I LOVE things that are toxic for me. It’s a habit I’m trying to undo. Whenever I’m having cravings or struggles, I try to distract myself with a good book or just go sit outside. Hang in there.
