Today I have been sober for 635 days after a multi year relapse. I had previously made it 634 days before I decided that maybe I could just drink socially. Led to so much pain. I wanted all my sober time back and getting to day 635 was a major milestone for me. One day at a time but today feels pretty good. Have a great day!

Every day after the longest time sober becomes the next milestone reached !!
Keep up the good work…so much easier to stay sober and enjoy life than it is the earlier stage of giving up booze and denying ourselves.

It’s why I gotta stay connected and go to meetings because when I hear others talk especially newcomers it helps me to remember what it’s like and what happens.
