Day 3 done, was a nice one after a whole day of lounging around in the sauna.
Day 4 done. After several days of no yoga due tue feeling sick this was very much needed. And the perfect dosage for today. Like a recovery practice with a little more activation than Yin. Great session
Day 5 done today. Once again. This is my go to practice on days where I don‘t feel like going fully in but also want to be more active than just chilling.
