Congrats! I’m almost at 10 days clean! It’s been hard, I’m still having trouble sleeping and my guts hurt from time to time but every day I get better and I’m already happier living my life without daily drugs. My DOC was sniffing fake 80s. Your worth it! One day at a time.
Nutribiotic Ascorbic Acid Powder worked wonders for me. Never did heroin, but did just about every other opiate. There has even been studies with heroin addicts, it really improves the mood during withdrawal, but you need to take at least 10,000 mg a day. When I feel paws still hit or depression I do it as well and it makes that depression pass.

14 days clean cold turkey from Fentanyl/Carfentanil. I’m feeling better and able to compete day to day tasks. I still wake up in the middle of the night with stomach pains but they seem to be getting better. My heart hurts a bit sometimes as well, tightness in my chest. But that seems to be getting better as well.
