Can’t believe I’m waking up on a Monday completely fresh from no alcohol on a weekend, and it’s been a whole week already.
Yesterday I was a bit irritable, like something was missing, but I can only imagine it’s that little demon trying his luck.

Well done! 7 days is a really big milestone. I wrote this whole post a while back about 7 days…I think it was about getting to 7 days after a long period of trying “moderation” again that just led to binging, and how I wanted it to be my last first 7 days…it could be yours!
