It’s hard to believe it’s been 7 years of sobriety. I still remember how hard those first 10 days were. I’m still a fuck up in plenty of aspects of life, just not a mind altering one anymore.
Seriously though, find peace in your recovery. Let your past humble, but not restrain you. Some of the best people I’ve ever known are here, recovering from a life of hell.
There isn’t much I can say that I haven’t said a bunch of times already. It does get easier, almost effortless BUT do not ever quit putting work into your recovery, or you will most likely fall. I believe our demons are asleep, never dead. Best wishes to all of you, much love.
Wowzers Dam! 7 years is absolutely amazing! Way to keep showing up for yourself . Congratulations on your sobriety journey. Keep sharing here and leading the way

Congratulations on your 7 years no beers! It’s been such a pleasure following you and your sober journey. I miss seeing you on here more. But it’s still inspiring to know you’re out there and to see you pop in now and then and especially at your 7 year mark. Thanks as always for leading the way. It never gets old.
That’s an epic quit Dan. Thanks so much for being here and for letting me walk along with you those seven years. Never again, one day at a time. Love you friend. Huge congrats.
