Awesome keep going - I will be honest today was tough - had some moments were I thought I might cave as I have alcoholic drinks st my house for gifting tomorrow and started getting into the mindset of oh fuvk it’s Christmas I can have a glass! But I resisted, having a aclohol free beer now and I’m good but today was toughest day so far
Is it OK to have non-alcoholic beer? I was doing some research and some have a tiny percentage. Beer without any percent seems to be rare, but I’m on the hunt for it. That or I’ll be pouring soda into an empty bottle beer so people don’t catch on…just thinking of new years.
Hi Bavaria brand is 0% - soda or soft drinks are better options and normally my go to, today I chose 0% over bottles of wine. I was feeling really weak so I’m happy I made a good choice over a really bad one. But your right alcohol free not always completely free. Stay strong
