This morning my court hearing was rescheduled which means my probation hasn’t started yet. I know I shouldn’t given my situation but I’ve already smoked today. There wasn’t anything to do so I went back to bed and slept all day.

Sounds like you’re only here because of probation. Why not go all in on sobriety for yourself.
