I was struck by Elle Macpherson’s wonderful milestone of 20 years sober, and it made me reflect on the fact that even a supermodel - who ostensibly “had it all” - was facing demons and struggling, and made the choice to be present. This really struck a chord, and I love the quote she posted along with her milestone
