It is a good place to be.
I think you’d be a good moderator because you have a combination of compassion and respect, clear personal boundaries, and you speak up - without pussyfooting around, you make things clear without diminishing anyone - when you spot nonsense. (Obviously we all know there is never any nonsense behaviour on Talking Sober, but nevertheless, you have this unique quality to your interactions.)

Thank you for everyone’s patience. I was off sick for a few days, so this was open a bit longer than I had originally planned.
After some discussion between moderators, and some PMs back and forth, we have decided to add @acromouse as the new moderator. Please be kind and give her some time to acclimate!
