I relapse 3 days ago it was the worst decision I did Its crucial for me to be sober and to stay sober my kids need me and if im weak use I will lose them forever I need to be a strong mother and get clean and stay away from old habits and friends that can put a risk my sobriety the future of my children and mine are in my hands and my decisions

Welcome back, @Xbatista. I know that a relapse is tough, and we already understand that every time our brain tells us to take a drink, it leads to problems. We simply can’t drink in moderation. I’m also struggling, just like you, to achieve long-term sobriety. I’ve relapsed countless times, but with each relapse, I’ve learned valuable lessons.
So, the next time my brain tells me to take a drink, I’ll remember my past relapses.
I’m on day 4 of being clean. We’re all here to support you. We can get through this together.

I’m sorry about the relapse Xioannys, it messes with our mental state and all. But if you try to learn from it it can be a bit of worth too.
What can you do different next time when you have cravings (beside not using) what will help you making it more difficult to give in?
Deleting dealer numers?
Getting rid of old stash?
Avoiding using friends?
Avoiding use related places?
Staying busy?
Telling others you quit?
Being here every day?
Etc.
I’m a mom too, I drank and quit with the help of this app a few years ago. This app helped me a lot to learn how to tackle my bad habit.
Glad you are here, because it’s a step to become that sober mom you wanna be!

please don’t live in shame over it .Be kind to yourself and your children today and think only positive thoughts. Think about the recovery you did have and share on here about your fears remember nothing good goes on inside a recently relapsed addict s head . I’m here to support you today
