A video you might find useful about Jung's view on addiction

And the next one is not about addiction but it gave me a new perspective on hardship and acceptance of it instead of escaping. It can be applied to struggles of staying sober as well.

Also if you have seen any other good videos that has helped you please share!

Jung’s perspective on alcoholism - he labeled it “spiritus contra spiritum”, or spirit against spirit (the idea that the spirit of life, the spiritual centre of human life, cannot be fed by the hollow spirit of alcohol) - was a significant factor in the eventual formation of Alcoholics Anonymous. Fascinating to see the web of connections in addiction recovery and healing.

I’m doing fine and still determined to stay clean.
