Accountability Food Log (TW)

I do better when I hold myself accountable in a public space, so I’ll be using this as a space to log what I eat each day to keep myself honest about binging vs not binging. I’m at 10 days without as of this post. If anyone else finds it useful you are welcome to use this as well!

Breakfast: English muffin with butter and sf jam
Lunch: Life Cuisine cheese pizza
Snack: Strawberry skyr
Dinner: Taste of Texas salad, brussel sprouts with bacon jam, cappucino, snickers cheesecake

Snacks: cup of cashews, 1.5 hardboiled egg, 2 sf jello cups
Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter and sf jam
Lunch: 3oz filet, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts with bacon jam
Dinner: side of chips with queso and guacamole, life cuisine cheese pizza

Snacks: Hard boiled egg, 1 cup cashews, bulgogi onigiri
Breakfast: Cheese bread
Lunch: 6 pieces nigiri, 4 maki roll pieces, taiyaki
Dinner: 3oz steak, mashed potatoes

Breakfast: Granola cereal
Lunch: Veggie salad, cinnamon roll
Dinner: Ravioli carbornara, 4 olive garden breadsticks, split a chocolate cake slice

Breakfast: egg and crab pancakes
Lunch: turkey chili and sweet potato fries
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza. Have a good xmas eve, y’all!!
