Gang, i tried out a different app forum called Sober Grid that has been helpful for me this week. I have been getting some really valuable input from it and also started sharing some of the better stuff over here. I would not consider it quite as “safe” in the way there is less oversight and much more members. I still am staying active here as well since the way Robin has organized these topics is still very useful for my recovery. I wanted to let the community know about it because the response time can be much quicker for someone dealing with a trigger or craving. Feel free to post on this topic any additional resource boards, applications or websites that you guys are using as well to supplement your recoveries.

i tried sober grid for a few weeks but didnt like it so i uninstalled lol It reminded me more of facebook wich is what im trying to get away from here

Its definitely not for everybody. For sure there are people just looking for dates and crap and i already blocked a person for being belligerent. Just throwing it out there because like I said. “Response time could make the difference between another day sober or a relapse.”

I tools. Impact driver, pneumatic wrench, and double jack sledge hammer kept me sane when i first quit smoking. .
